Why We Built GlucoGuide
Living with diabetes means making hundreds of decisions every day—what to eat, when to exercise, how to interpret your numbers. And yet, most tools on the market simply show you data without helping you understand it.
We've all been there: staring at a glucose spike wondering "why did that happen?" or avoiding exercise because we can't predict how it will affect our levels. The mental load is exhausting.
GlucoGuide was created to change that. By combining your glucose data with information about your exercise, sleep, weather, and daily patterns, our AI coach helps you understand the "why" behind your numbers—and gives you the confidence to make better decisions.
